Overview

  • As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the studio and its teams as they shape the future of the Halo franchise. You will be responsible for financial modeling, performance reporting, insight generation, and invoice and royalties management.

Responsibilities

Business, Finance, & Product Support:

  • Manage rhythm of business reporting for products and studio, such as monthly business reviews.
  • Prepare forecasting cycle decks and reporting.
  • Develop financial models and forecasts to support budgeting, investment, and performance decisions.
  • Analyze product performance data to drive improvements in player experience, engagement, or monetization.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, performance, and marketing, to align business strategies with creative vision.
  • Perform ad hoc finance and business requests.

Royalty & Revenue Support

  • Handle inbound and outbound invoicing and tracking.
  • Manage revenue invoicing in collaboration with finance.
  • Support studio royalty management.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, business management, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable Skills

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Game industry experience and knowledge about current trends and developments in the industry.
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • $40-45/hr (W2/Non-Exempt)
