Position: Business Analyst 3

Location: Columbus, OH

Visa- No H1B,CPT

100% REMOTE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

  • Act as an agile scrum master tkeep project teams on track, tensure tasks are.
  • completed each sprint, and tplan out and execute the next series of sprints.
  • Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers.
  • Use wireframes and screen mock-ups thelp both development and end users.
  • better visualize requirements.
  • Interview internal users tunderstand the current use of product features and
  • their business problems
  • Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers tdefine product features.
  • Collaborate with the Developers, Application and Data Architects tproduce.

  • accordance with client requirements·
  • Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs tdefine testing strategies·
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures·
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing tmeet project demands.
  • Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in a structured software development environment
  • Minimum of 3 years quality assurance tester experience in a structured software development environment
  • Minimum of 2 years Agile software development experience
  • Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability tunderstand and document technical/functional IT requirements
  • Ability tunderstand and test technical/functional IT requirements
  • Experience with integration of applications toutside internal or external applications
  • Bachelors Degree

  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst – MUST
  • OmniStudiDeveloper – Plus
  • OmniStudiConsultant – Plus
  • Salesforce Certified Integration Architect - Plus
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect – Plus
