We’d like this person to have the following skills/abilities:
Currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
Ideal candidate is familiar with workflow automation tools like Flowable and has some coding experience
Analytical: Must be able to work with multiple stakeholders to analyze complex processes and determine how those processes can be made into simple workflow automations
Communication:Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for process improvement
Leadership: Must possess solid leadership qualities with proven business results. Must be able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions. Must be skilled at working in a matrixed business environment
What?
In this role, you would:
Workflow Automation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to break down existing business processes and identify how they can be made better with workflow automation tools
Serve as the “translator” between business leaders and the workflow automation coders, ensuring that both sides are understood and can agree on a path to move projects forward
Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency
Communication and Documentation:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Document business processes, requirements, and workflow automation projects
Set clear deadlines for teams to meet
Technology Integration:
Work closely with workflow automation coders to ensure deliverable timelines are met and projects continue to move forward
Provide support in testing and implementing changes to enhance workflow efficiency
Data Analysis:
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
