Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst for Investments Technology (Hybrid)
Location: Iselin, NJ, or Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and Expanding the Investment Performance Calculation and Reporting Applications
• Collaborating across business and IT leaders to understand and document business and functional requirements.
• Working with the project team to develop implementation plans and executing the plan in alignment with established architectures.
• Review investment data, analyze and identify data gaps, develop business requirement, data mapping and articulate them clearly with engineering teams.
• Work with engineering and operations teams and perform data quality and validations.

Required Skills:

• ​Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university. BS / BA in Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Accounting, Math or related technical area.
• Must have 7-10 years of experience on projects related to Asset management
• Must have 3-5 years of experience working on investment performance calculation & reporting projects
• Must have 1-2 years of experience working with Wall Street Office
• Must have good understanding of Leveraged Loans asset class
• Must be able to query and analyze data using PL/SQL tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Investment Accounting, Investment Performance and Data Management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of Jira & Confluence
• CFA or CIPM certifications is plus
