How You'll Contribute

Guide client projects and internal teams through the project life cycle
Coordinate and actively manage implementation schedules, resources, and project deliverables independently or in coordination with a Project Manager
Utilize prescribed project management tools and delivery methodologies to ensure continuity in communication and project quality
Plan projects from requirements-gathering to solution design and development, testing, and deployment
Use project deliverables, including kickoff presentations, project plans, status reports, burn reports, project requirements, user stories, design documentation, and deployment plans
Discover client needs through deep-dive conversations
Work with client to define goals, processes, workflows
Identify areas for technology usage improvements
Identify 3rd party applications for integration
Translate needs into user stories and technical requirements
Customization of new fields, objects, page layouts, list views, reports, etc
Automate with Flow
Validate configuration
Perform quality testing and facilitate user acceptance testing
Move essential data
Perform data hygiene and upkeep including deduplication, owner changes; coordinate with data specialist as needed
Fundamental data migration within the data management capabilities of the Salesforce.com platform
Educate clients and administrators on project phases, system functionality, and the Salesforce ecosystem
Empower client teams by promoting teamwork and a culture of accountability
Collaborate with Client Success Manager and Director of Services as needed to resolve project issues or client communication roadblocks
Successfully build and nurture long-term client relationships
Your Background Includes
Baseline Expectation →
Salesforce Administrator Certification
2+ years Salesforce administration with strong declarative design skills and the ability to deliver customer-driven solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Ability to engage in multiple projects at one time
Creative and analytical thinking with a passion for solving customer problems with software solutions

Multiple Salesforce certifications
Strong familiarity with nonprofit business processes, such as fundraising, donor relations, and program management
Experience managing projects or engaging in projects with technical and cross-functional components
