Business Analyst

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading beauty retail organization committed to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the dynamic team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supply chain, merchandising or e-commerce to support strategic initiatives and operational goals.

The Contract Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. This hybrid onsite role requires collaboration with various teams, including supply chain, merchandising and e-commerce, to enhance system efficiencies and drive business success.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business requirements for various projects
• Identify opportunities for process optimization within supply chain, merchandising or e-commerce functions and recommend actionable solutions
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making processes and project implementations
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems
• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases and user stories
• Develop test plans, conduct system testing and validate results to ensure solutions meet business needs

Business Analyst Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within supply chain, merchandising or e-commerce environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field
• Proficient in business analysis tools and software; experience with ERP systems, CRM software or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment, with both onsite and remote team members
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus
