We are looking for a Business Analyst to enhance our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the business case
  • Provide consultancy with customers to identify business challenges by eliciting requirements and to provide solution with activities leading to high value-business solutions to overcome customer’s business issues
  • Helping clients with change management activities by translating and simplifying requirements
  • Presenting solutions in written or oral reports
  • Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers
  • Skilled business analysts also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
  • Proactive update continuously regarding update progress
  • Managing expectation customer

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 3years of experience in Business Analyst
  • Has experience in oil & gas company
  • Experienced in complex business process analysis & mapping by using various kind of diagram such as Use Case, Flowchart, Sequence Diagram, etc in SDLC
  • Must have experience in implementation SAPPS (Project System)
  • Understanding of designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems
  • Experience in consultants and create document user requirement (eg: FSD/TSD/FDD/user training etc)
  • Relevantcertifications in Project Managementsuch as (CAPM, PMP, etc) is a plus!
  • Skilled business analysts also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment
