Prioritized Must Haves For The Business Analyst
#1. Must have experience in loan operations
#2. Loan IQ experience strongly preferred
#3. Business Analyst and Project Management (Waterfall and Agile) experience are required
Requirements For The Business Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with over 5 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Access, SharePoint, Teams, SQL, and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), with intermediate programming skills in Excel and Access.
Required experience in Business Analysis and Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
Experience in loan operations is preferred, with at least a fundamental understanding of the workflow for bilateral, syndicated, or agency loans.
Familiarity with Loan IQ (version 6 or later) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Ability to communicate effectively and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies and process enhancements.
Resourceful with a knack for developing creative problem-solving solutions.
Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus.
Excellent time management abilities.
Other Key Requirements
Hybrid Schedule - Must be able to commute to the office a few times per week
