This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $62.00 - $66.00 /Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.

Toyota's Connected Technologies Department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Business Analyst for our Product Planning group.
The Business Analyst – Mobility is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements and configuring/implementing solutions to meet those requirements. This position could be for the Service Appointment Scheduling.
Collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders especially the external & internal service providers to determine the best approach to plan for product features and implement executable plans for the Service Scheduling, 24MM features and products within the Finance & Service Retention portfolio
Monitoring the service shop inboxes to review and provide guidance to resolve customer requests.
Learning and facilitating the use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or plan the requirements for process change, new products, or new services
Coordinate with business partners for service & maintenance projects to create requirements and develop plans for the best customer experience
Provide status updates and reporting metrics to product leadership and contribute towards on-time and on-budget delivery.
The desired candidate is passionate about technology and comfortable solving and reframing business problems using a design and consulting mindset.
Requirements
This person will be on the services side - 24 multimedia project. They're building an app that will allow them to connect to the next generation.
Must have good PowerPoint and Excel exp - will present to internal and external customers.
Working with Jira - Writing user stories. Looking for someone who is process focused.
Wants an independent worker, not waiting to be told what to do.
Qualification
High Level of Power Point proficiency, ability to create PPT deck ad hoc.
High Level of Excel proficiency
Comfortable in Ambiguous environments with various deliverables
Familiarity with the Mobile app features
Process oriented and process creator
