About the job:

We are looking for Business Analyst with experience in Branch Automation to join our rapidly growing team across regions. We are looking for someone with implementation stories to tell and ready to apply best practices for our customers. The incumbent will have ownership and full accountability for the achievements of Branch Automation & Transformation programs inclusive of Front & Back Office Customer Management Platforms as well as the embedded Digital Channels customer facing Touch Points. Lead and centralize innovative product management for digital services within VeriPark to ensure the implementation of successful product development initiatives, as well as training, marketing, and promotional programs.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct requirements analysis sessions on branch delivery services with clients and write down requirements
• Perform gap-fit analysis of VeriPark’s products to client’s expectations and document the findings
• Guide and review product mock-ups and prototypes
• Perform an advisory role providing direction and alignment for the FSIs various lines of Business units and Customer segments
• Ensure increased penetration of Digitally Enhanced outlets, acquisition, cross-sell, retention, paperless journeys, and revenue targets set by the FSIs aligned with the local Regulations.
• Review product data sheet
• Develop functional specifications for new functionalities
• Review product test cases and recommend scenarios
• Review product before release
• Participate in the projects as subject matter expert
• Collaborate between product and pre-sales teams to analyze and develop specifications as per client requirements
• Guide and review marketing materials
• Guide and review RFP responses, RFP defense, demo scripts

What we are looking for:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Banking and/or in FSI Service industry.
• Branch Staff membership and/or Operational Excellence is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Knowledgeable about USA banking regulations
• Well-founded understanding of the FSI Industry and e-services customer base
• Working knowledge of FSI products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (other languages welcomed).
• Well-developed strategic perspective and forward planning ability
• Analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with decision making ability
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with leadership, motivational and team-building skills
• Ability to identify need for change, adaptable and flexible in anticipating and realizing market opportunities
• A champion of change who can win people over and gain commitment to new ideas
• Exposure to staff facing banking channels. E.g., Branch, call centers, Interactive Tellers
• Experience with analysis of banking solutions with industry leading core banking systems. E.g., Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos, etc.
• Should have experience of working with cash and inventory management solutions, national clearing system for cheques and investment management solutions
• Candidate should have minimum relevant experience in a bank or a Fintech company
• Excellent knowledge of daily end-to-end operations of a typical bank’s branch
• Should possess good stakeholder and leadership skills
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
