We Are Seeking a Dynamic Business Analyst With Expertise In Health And Human Services To Join Our Team. The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Proven experience in Change Management, adept at planning and executing changes while ensuring compliance with New York State and/or Federal regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with users within the human services sector, providing training and technical assistance in various settings.
Background in Health and Human Services systems, understanding the unique challenges and requirements of this field.
Proficiency in analyzing applications utilizing relational databases like Oracle and application tools such as COGNOS.
Strong skills in the Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and Project, with a knack for data manipulation.
Extensive experience in child welfare programs, bringing valuable insight and knowledge to the table.
Ability to interpret and apply State and Federal laws and regulations related to health and human services programs.
