About The Role

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst specializing in governance support to manage and enhance governance frameworks. The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance and support governance activities.

This is a fully remote role based in Atlanta, GA or anywhere in the U.S. This position is contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business teams to elicit and document governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks and documentation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between governance and technical teams.
• Support quality assurance and compliance testing.
• Create governance-related documents and reports.
• Develop user manuals and training materials.
• Participate in governance meetings, record meeting notes, and update stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, demonstrating strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with governance frameworks and compliance.
• Prior experience working with a public health federal agency preferred.
• Ability to obtain government clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  
  

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Public Health, or related field. Extensive relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May need to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
