Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI Cloud, SQL, Data Analysis Some Healthcare Domain Experience preferred. Business Analyst / PowerBi Developer’s role is to support the information needs of through the administration and design/development of Power Bi dashboards. S(he) is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining BI solutions and enterprise semantic model, while coordinating the development of these requirements with the Data engineering team. This role collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure data accuracy and optimize performance. Leads in collecting compliance evidence for SOX and/or HIPAA audits. Key Responsibilities Understand Data warehouse and Data mart models to implement semantic layer designs for enterprise self-service reporting

Business Analyst/Power BI Developer Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Understand Data warehouse and Data mart models to implement semantic layer designs for enterprise self-service reporting
- Create and publish training material for all levels of business users
- Conduct workshops for Power BI adoption and self-service enablement
- Create presentations with analysis and insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence and automation solutions using the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Utilize SQL skills to query and manipulate data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive data models, interactive reports, intuitive dashboards, and streamlined workflows to enable informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and error-free solutions.
- Coordinate data collection for multiple projects to ensure consistency and quality. This includes producing regular monitoring reports to monitor data collection and data entry across multiple projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or related field.
- 2 years in Reporting and Analytics using Power BI - M Query, DAX, Data Modelling, RLSPowerApps and Power Automate experience
- Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and manipulate data effectively.
- Demonstrate understanding of healthcare processes to translate into dashboards
- Superior analytical skills and proven ability to transform raw data into accurate and useful analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, knowledge-sharing, and written/oral communication skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power BI Report Builder for paginated reports
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
- Strong quantitative analysis skills (e.g. descriptive and inferential statistics).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities by being flexible, collaborative, responsive, and adaptable.
- Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize assignments, meet required deadlines, and reprioritize as needed.
- Ability to work both independently when needed and collaboratively as a team member.
- Know and comply with agency policies and procedures, HIPPA, and other state and federal regulations as they apply to this position.
