Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry focusing on commercial operations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including data modeling, DAX calculations, and building interactive visualizations and dashboards.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes and data sources (e.g., sales data, market access data, promotional data).
Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation is preferred.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
