Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team.
You will report directly to the SVP of Revenue & Optimization. You will be responsiblefor identifying opportunities to improve corporate performance by reviewing and optimizing many aspects of the business. The primary departments of focus are Revenue Cycle, Accounts Payable, Human Resources, and Payroll.
Manage and monitor the collection, trending, and analysis of key data to support operational results
Direct the trend analysis to improve operational efficiencies and regulatory compliance
Track performance of projects underway within the scope of the department
Ensure tools and templates are built to allow for efficient execution of business processes
Act as an advocate for organization-wide technology evaluations and implementations
About You
BS or equivalent from an accredited college, Master’s degree preferred
Professional designations are not required but training and certificates in quality or regulatory affairs would be a plus (e.g. CQM, CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, Lean Principles)
Commanding knowledge of MS Excel required. Knowledge of MS Access, Minitab, Hyperion, Tableau or comparable BI
Applications or query tools is a plus
