Space Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Redesigns (30% of time)

• Skills Required: Google Sheets/Excel, problem-solving.
• Update site layouts to improve efficiency (storage, organization, stocking, etc.).
• Create new layout designs using Lucidchart and coordinate with local teams to keep these updated.
• Support small-scale tests and pilots (like multi-bin storage) to learn and improve site designs.
• Identify opportunities for capital investments to improve site efficiency and revenue.

1. Equipment Management (50% of time)

• Skills Required: Project management, clear communication.
• Order new storage equipment and coordinate installation with local teams.
• Track budgets and forecast future investments; escalate any concerns about power constraints.
• Coordinate power upgrades with local teams to support new equipment installations, keeping a record of improvements.

1. Data Management (20% of time)

• Skills Required: Google Sheets/Excel, some SQL experience.
• Regularly upload and maintain data for capacity dashboards (covering equipment and inventory data).
• Update and manage a revenue per square foot dashboard, identifying and highlighting issues and opportunities.
• Conduct audits for data accuracy and identify trends, collaborating with local teams to integrate these insights into data sets.
• Create and maintain documentation for dashboards, data uploads, and tools.

• Ensure we have the right equipment and use it efficiently.
• Manage and update data to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work cross-functionally to update and share important information.
