Business Consultant - Aerospace SME

Key responsibilities:

o Consultative approach to identify / hunt key business challenges and develop transformation vision with clients CXOs (only within our existing client base...)

o Drive new transformation opportunities across the enterprise value chain (Product Design to Supply Chain & Operations to Sales / Service; non-core functions like HR, IT transformation o Develop strategic roadmap to drive transformation realization o Direct delivery of transformational programs Qualifications:

o MBA and bachelor's degree in business, engineering or management

o 15+ years’ experience in transformational consultative selling

o 8-10 years of proven aerospace industry knowledge

o Proven strategic consulting background o Dealing with CXO / Senior stakeholders of an organization o Good digital background (IOT, I4.0, Digital Levers influencing the industry etc)

o Exposure to work with teams based in different geo and different time zones o Critical thinking, highly analytical, Data driven

o Ability to work as a “lone warrior” or “as a team player”
