What You Will Do

We are seeking a Business Development 1 with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the footwear and apparel industry. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, strategy, research, and coordination of various business development activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with Converse trademark licensees and other business partners
  • Coordinating needed seasonal items and other items for licensees and partners
  • Working with internal teams to review/approve brand and product materials
  • Liaising with internal teams on licensee/partner opportunities
  • Conducting research tasks and other duties as needed
  • Supporting planning for global partner meetings (attendees, budget, logistics)

The Business Development 1 will also support the research and development of global key account strategies.

Skills And Experience

  • 3-5 years experience in footwear and apparel operations, business development, or strategy
  • Background working with trademark licensees preferred
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage relationships
  • Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills
