Overview:


Injano is looking for a highly motivated and flexible Business Development and Recruitment Manager who thrives in a startup environment. This role is 100% remote and critical for driving new business, qualifying leads, and ensuring successful candidate placements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and recruitment, with the ability to manage the entire client and candidate lifecycle on a commission-only basis.


Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation and Qualification:

• Identify and engage potential clients and candidates through direct messaging, prospecting, and networking.

• Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure they align with Injano’s business goals.

2. Client and Candidate Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, managing relationships and ensuring a seamless experience.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and candidate qualifications to facilitate successful placements.

3. Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive new business opportunities and expand Injano’s client base.

• Collaborate with the content creation and marketing team to leverage thought leadership and social media content in business development efforts.

4. Recruitment Process Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and post-placement follow-up.

• Ensure candidates are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations, facilitating successful hiring outcomes.

5. Performance Metrics:

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, client engagement, candidate placements, and business growth.

• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in business development, sales, and recruitment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and strategically to drive business goals.

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content-driven business development.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Thrives in a startup environment and loves flexibility.


Compensation:


• Commission-Based: 100% commission structure based on lead generation, client acquisition, and successful candidate placements.
