We're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Business Development Associate. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind identifying potential clients, exploring new markets, and uncovering business opportunities. Your efforts will be crucial in onboarding Bitcoin miners to our platform and enhancing our overall hash rate. As a key representative of Braiins, you'll engage with industry stakeholders at both online and in-person events, while providing valuable market feedback to help us refine our products.

  • Dive into market research to understand mining operations and industry trends.
  • Spot and develop new business opportunities.
  • Take the stage at public speaking events, including conferences and podcasts.
  • Collaborate with senior management to keep all stakeholders updated on the sales team's progress.
  • Ensure timely execution of business development activities.
  • Document sales processes using our CRM system.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentation materials.
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales process.
  • Nurture and manage customer relationships.
  • Travel to mining facilities and attend industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Grow and maintain existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in business development or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in G-suite and relevant software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new technology.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
