As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in North America, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in North America.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the North American market.
  • Analyze customer needs and market demand to align Sunia's technology solutions with local requirements.


Business Growth:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.


Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.


Brand and Market Presence:

  • Represent Sunia at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide insights and feedback to support product development and innovation.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the technology or AI industry in North America.
  • In-depth knowledge of the North American market and business environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
