Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote (EST or CST)
Salary: $60k-$70k (+ Commission Structure)
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to support our Client Services team by sourcing new relationships with the biggest brands on the planet! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- identifying new business opportunities
- qualifying leads
- leading and supporting the creation of proposals
- developing strategic relationships with prospects
- driving revenue growth
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market dynamics, a proven track record in sales and business development, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on influencer and social media marketing.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate with big brands, other GroupM agencies, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in influencer and social media marketing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance to senior management.
Let’s chat if you have:
- 1-2 Years experience in a previous sales role (Essential)
- High organizational skills with ability to prioritize a diverse workload and to keep track of deadlines (Essential)
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Microsoft: Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and Google Platforms (Essential)
- Experience in the marketing industry (Essential)
