We serve financial institutions like banks, insurance carriers, and agencies automate intake paperwork, policy checking, and renewal processes with AI co-workers. Role
As a Founding BDR, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and compelling written communication. This multifaceted role combines elements of Sales Development, Marketing, and Technical Writing.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential target accounts and personas.
Conduct personalized outreach and nurture leads through ongoing communication.
Produce high-quality content for marketing and sales enablement, including blog posts, proposals, and ads.
Assist with demand generation initiatives, including social media, podcasts, and community development.
Closely work with the founding team to close high-value deals.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in sales development or product writing roles
Exceptional writing ability across various formats (emails, blogs, proposals)
Comfortable communicating technical concepts in a clear, engaging manner
Familiar with CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and sales enablement software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
