Business Development Specialist

Working as the first point of contact with customers, assisting them with their search for a vehicle with the goal of scheduling a visit to the dealership.

The Business Development Representative is the first impression a customer receives of our dealership. We need to provide the best possible experience every time.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text.
  • Following up with sold and unsold customers to ensure complete satisfaction. (No Cold Calls!)
  • Be a source of information for all of our products.
  • Scheduling Appointments for the Customer to Visit the Showroom


Qualifications:

  • Can't Be Afraid To Make Calls!
  • Ability to Write Professionally
  • High School Diploma or GED
