Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.
• Prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management is required.

• What You Will Be DoingConsult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
• Perform analysis, review data files, create reporting and support Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization.
