We seek a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Developer. This individual will drive the enhancement of marketing data visualization and analytics at Qorvo, partnering with business, marketing, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful reports. The ideal candidate will develop and manage business intelligence solutions, enable strong data-sharing between tools, providing insightful reports that improve business processes and support fact-based decision-making. Responsibilities

• Expert on MarCom Google Analytics GA4 and data visualization
• Own and drive the strategy for developing and managing business intelligence solutions and intuitive self-serve dashboards for marketing and business units.
• Data Integrity and Verifcation: Validate of data accuracy and reliability across various platforms. This ensures that decision-making is based on trustworthy information, which is crucial for the company’s strategic direction.
• Collaboration with product groups: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, usage models, and optimal delivery methods.
• Collaboration with IT and Data Engineering: Align with corporate IT and data engineering teams on solution architecture, pipelines, and ETL processes to support the corporate data strategy and enable AI applications. Deep knowledge of data engineering principles, including enterprise data architectures, API integrations, pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Data and Workflow Integration: Scope, develop, and implement data integration and workflows across multiple SaaS systems including Google Analytics, Seismic, Discourse, Taxonomy platforms, CCMS platforms, DAM platforms, Salesforce, SAP, and Databricks.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Interpret and analyze complex cross-platform data requirements to support business reporting needs.
• Technical Specifications: Translate business data and application requirements into technical specifications and project execution plans.
• User Support and Training: Facilitate user support and training for Sales, Marketing, and Applications users and analysts across various platforms.
  
  

Requirements

• Expertise in Google Analytics GA4
• 5+ years demonstrable experience
• BS in Computer Science or BA in Data Analytics or similar preferred
• Semiconductor or technology experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
• Technological and computer knowledge, including BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Cloud-based Data Warehouses (e.g. Databricks)
• Knowledge of application integration, including APIs and system documentation. Familiarity with Postman and Python
