Position Summary
This is an exciting, high impact role that gives the candidate the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership and cross functional peers to influence the company’s strategy and help drive performance. The Business Intelligence Manager will have high visibility within the organization and opportunities for career growth as we continue to build out our team and expand our business. We are seeking a candidate who can work effectively at all levels in the organization. The successful candidate should have natural curiosity and will be a self-starter that takes pride in owning their work and leveraging their role to impact results. They have a proven track record of leading large-scale data projects, developing and executing business intelligence strategies, and possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and data management principles.
This position will report directly to the VP of FP&A and have a close working relationship with the IT, Finance, and Marketing.
Position is on-site/hybrid at corporate office headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. We own and operate 100+ car wash locations in multiple states.
Key Responsibilities
Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages and utilize reason to resolve complex problems. Requires keyboarding, hearing and talking, frequent standing and walking, and frequent bending at the waist, twisting of the upper body, kneeling, being mobile on uneven surfaces, squeezing and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50#).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable data analytics and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Lead the selection and implementation of BI tools and technologies, ensuring they meet the company's data analysis, reporting, and visualization needs.
- Manage relationship with offshore team of consultants, made up of developers and analysts.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key findings and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate data from disparate sources and ensure data accessibility and usability.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven culture across the organization, providing training and support to ensure effective use of BI solutions.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a BI, data science or data analytics role, preferably with a multi-unit business.
- Expertise in data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, DOMO, as well as advanced SQL.
- Experience architecting BI solutions including data warehouses, master data management, dashboards and reporting systems.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
