Job Responsibilities
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Insights/Analytics specialist. This role involves working closely with business units to understand the dynamics of actions and their impacts, providing actionable financial reporting and insights, and identifying risks and growth opportunities through data analysis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategies by translating complex data into understandable insights and forecasts.
Collaborate with business units to analyze cause-effect relationships and guide discussions on projections and business performance.
Deliver weekly and quarterly financial reports, emphasizing performance drivers and key insights.
Uncover and communicate the root causes behind metric changes and their implications on financial goals.
Translate business queries into analytics projects, delivering comprehensive insights.
Develop and refine financial projection models for ongoing and new initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong background in finance and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
This role requires a blend of analytical prowess and strategic thinking, ideally suited for individuals with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or 7 years of relevant experience) and at least 2 years in finance, data analytics, or similar fields.
