As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive a top-notch experience and that businesses have complete control over their finances. Your efforts will be instrumental in supporting incident management and enhancing operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Incident Management: Manage and support incident management processes with a solid understanding of technical aspects.
• Problem Management: Navigate the relationship between incident and problem management to drive effective solutions.
• Data Analytics: Utilize tools like SQL, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze data and generate insights.
• Monitoring: Apply basic knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk and Wavefront.
• Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with various business units, including Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success, to ensure business recovery post-outage.
• Customer Experience: Contribute to offering an exceptional customer experience through operational excellence.
  
  

Required Skills And Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in the banking or FinTech industry.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Maximo.
• General program/project management skills; a technical background is advantageous.
• Willingness to support weekend shifts on a rotating basis.
• Experience in FinTech is essential.
  
  

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of experience in a technology firm or a high-growth company operating in a SOX environment.
• Experience with Accounting ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
• CPA or Chartered Accountant certification.
• Familiarity with Blackline systems.
