Job Overview:


The Business Operations Manager will be a key part of MPCH’s operations team, responsible for analyzing and improving operational workflows, managing process documentation, and driving key operational projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of operational processes, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Analysis & Optimization: Analyze current operational workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Process Documentation: Develop, manage, and maintain process documentation across various departments, ensuring all operational procedures are standardized and followed.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional operational projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to provide actionable insights that will enhance operational performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity, especially in critical security environments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization (Product, Finance, Technology, and Customer Success) to ensure alignment and integration of operational improvements.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Customer Integration: Facilitate seamless integration of customers into the company’s product, ensuring they understand its full capabilities and value.

  • Regulatory Compliance Integration: Ensure that operational processes and product designs align with industry regulations and compliance standards, facilitating smooth collaboration with regulators and minimizing legal risks.


Desired Experience:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in operations management or business analysis, ideally in technology, finance, or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau), project management software ( Jira), and documentation tools ( Confluence).
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in industries with high compliance standards such as finance, government, or cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement change effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational projects to success.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring processes are both efficient and compliant with relevant standards.
