As a member of the Network Management team, our Business Planning and Execution Consultant Seniors partner with Cambia leaders to facilitate planning, development, execution and tracking of business strategies and initiatives to ensure results are achieved across one or more markets, lines of business and/or major functional areas – all in service of making our members’ health journeys easier.

What You Bring to Cambia:

• The Business Planning & Execution Consultant Senior would have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and 8+ years of related work experience, including 3-5+ years of experience working directly with senior management to execute strategic initiatives, or equivalent plus demonstrated leadership experience or a combination of education and experience.
  
  

Skills And Attributes:

• Leadership and Collaboration: Able to lead, manage, and influence cross-functional project teams effectively without direct management authority.
• Strategic Planning and Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, analytical ability, and experience leading and facilitating planning and strategy sessions with executive leadership.
• Methodologies and Modeling: Experienced in industry-standard methodologies (Business Architecture, BPM, Continuous Improvement, BPO, Change Management) and various modeling techniques (BPMN, use cases, class diagrams, state diagrams, fishbone diagrams, etc.).
• Process Improvement: Proven results in developing, analyzing, and implementing business service and process performance improvements (speed, cost, and quality).
• Vision and Negotiation: Able to envision future-state business services/processes, construct roadmaps, and demonstrate excellent negotiation abilities with peers, partners, and all levels of leadership.
  
  

What You Will Do At Cambia:

• Manages and provides oversight to strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Tracks and manages performance and results of cross-functional business projects, identifying and assessing planning process risk factors.
• Represents senior leadership in various forums, using strong knowledge of Cambia strategies and initiatives.
• Develops and communicates organizational objectives to cross-functional project teams, ensuring consistency with overall business strategy.
• Tracks activities, ensuring alignment to objectives, and drives issue resolution, escalating critical issues to senior leadership or key stakeholders.
• Prepares strategic documents and presentations for all levels of leadership, as needed.
• Provides direction and support to cross-functional team members, ensuring all requirements are communicated to relevant work streams and business partners.
  
  

The expected hiring range for a Business Planning and Execution Consultant Senior is $109,700 - $140,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $103,000 - $168,000.
