Blue Rose is seeking a Business Process Improvement Consultant to support our work with a Federal client. This is a Hybrid Role in Rosslyn, VA and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Successful candidates will be required to have an ActiveSecretClearance prior to start.
In this role you will:
Help to assess the current state of business processes at the bureau and create a desired end-state while planning the milestones needed to achieve the desired vision
Evaluate current-state people, process, and technology functions to provide recommendations that align the operational functions to the mission
Analyze business processes and workflows with the opportunity to simplify, eliminate non-value add activities, and streamline based on findings from the research and analysis of as-is processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with business process analysis
Minimum of 5 years of experience with client relationship management
Minimum of 5 years of experience with business process documentation
Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Salary:
$100,000 - $110,000 depending on experience
