Job Summary: Responsible for designing and developing multi-media eLearning courses to support Enterprise Initiatives.

Responsibilities

" Use instructional design methodology (analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate) to create e-Learning programs for the Horizon Workforce that encompass video, exercises and assessments.

" Develop supplementary materials consisting of handouts, video tutorials, etc. in support of the training plan.

" Collaborate with SMEs and Compliance Training to gather source data, design expectations and feedback on storyboards/draft content.

" Participate in meetings with SMEs and Business Owners as necessary.

" Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Education

" High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Additional Licensing, Certifications, Registrations

" APTD / CPTD from Association for Talent Development (ATD) helpful.

Work Experience

" 3-5 years working in instructional design and elearning development capacity.

Specialized Knowledge/skills

" Required - Experience in instructional design for eLearning, storyboarding, needs analysis, and writing for elearning design.

" Preferred Video development using Vyond.

" Strongly Preferred eLearning development using Articulate 360 (Storyline or Rise)

" Current industry trends, learning solution Best Practices, instructional writing style and techniques, web based design
