Business Reporting Representative

Fully Remote in Brookfield, WI or Naperville, IL

Responsibilities:

• Review and validate that key operational retail loan servicing functions performed by the service provide are performed per required SLAs or other requirements;
• Obtain reports and other information/data from systems and other sources
• Verify the expected results via the loan servicing system, reports and inquiry
• Document the results of testing and review in a very thorough and clear manner per the testing playbook
• Identify exceptions and ensure exceptions are documented and resolved per the testing playbook
• Work closely with other team members and internal/external contacts
• Summarize testing results including via the use of charts or other tools

Skills:

• Loan Servicing operations experience (preferably retail)
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, including written
• Strong documentation skills to ensure test results and findings are captured per standards
• Ability to self learn
• Experience in auditing type role a plus
• Ability to work in a team environment with great collaboration
• Strong knowledge of excel (including the ability to perform data comparisons like V-lookups and summarizing data via pivot tables as examples)

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree

· Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Word, & Excel pivot tables

· 2+ years experience within banking analytics/reporting
