The Role

As a Business Solutions Administrator, you will promote enterprise operational excellence by optimizing our business solutions through the execution of roadmaps and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solution effectiveness
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on configuration, technical requirements, and functional capabilities
  • Manage system administration tasks for various business solutions
  • Build and manage dashboards, reports, user groups, and process automation
  • Ensure quality through testing and issue resolution
  • Liaise with vendors to address issues and manage enhancement requests
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
  • Stay informed about planned releases and educate end-users
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support training activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in business solutions, systems administration, or analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms, project management tools, and other business solutions preferred
  • Health care or social care service industry experience a plus

Physical Requirements
