Business Strategy Analyst

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly collaborate with senior stakeholders to evaluate business models and strategies.

• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies for new ventures.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Prepare pricing proposals and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals.

• Assist in the creation of compelling and professional presentations for potential and existing clients.

• Demonstrate business case for new solutions by visual presentations and clear ROI

• Monitor and report on financial performance related to new business initiatives.

• Track key financial metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in business strategy, business development, or a related role

• Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) financial analysis and modeling

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially in Excel and PowerPoint

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Exceptional verbal and written presentation / communication skills

• Disciplined and self-motivated

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

PREFERENCES:

• Hands-on experience with developing, evaluating and pitching new business solutions to senior stakeholders and/or clients.

• Ability to understand, analyze and develop process innovations for business operations

• Knowledge and experience of customer service, customer experience and/or BPO industry

• Previous experience in start-up / fast-paced environment

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to work full-time in the US without any restrictions
