Must have experience in collecting requirements across multiple program areas that have varying business needs.
Must have Experience gathering, documenting, and capturing design requirements
Experience facilitating workshops, meetings and collaborative work sessions with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Experience developing business process maps and performing fit-gap analyses
Experience solving complex problems and troubleshooting software systems
Ability to build relationships and develop rapport with customers
Ability to listen effectively and uncover information that may not be explicitly stated
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing about technical
subjects to non-technical users in a way they can easily understand
Experience preparing and executing test plans, leading and assisting team members in performing and completing test activities, and documenting/communicating testing results
Experience implementing and testing interfaces that exchange data with large, complex legacy systems
Experience in assisting with development of plans and work artifacts in support of the project management life cycle
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management software such as Atlassian
Skilled in the use Microsoft Office, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
What are we looking for?
The Business System Analyst must have at least 5+ years of experience.
Having of Financial domain knowledge with Credit Card domain is a plus.
