In This Role, You Will

Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to articulate the key sources of value (efficiency, safety, sustainability) enabled.

Support existing customers by quantifying realized value and identifying opportunities for further enhancement.

Conduct quantitative analysis and ROI modeling, overseeing trials to showcase scalable.

Consult on best practices in change management, technology implementation, and customer experience to ensure program success.

Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and internal stakeholders.

Lead initiatives to drive operational excellence and embed a value-focused approach throughout the organization.

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, value engineering, or business operations.

Bachelor's degree required.

Proven ability to build strong, empathetic relationships with customers and internal teams.

Proficiency in quantitative analysis, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Structured thinker with a keen eye for detail and value.

Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fleet/transportation management, IoT devices, or B2B software is advantageous.

Familiarity with public sector customers is a plus.
