THE ROLE
- Work with Global Buying team to identify and implement key product strategies; act as the expert for North America business to ensure commercial needs are driven and a strong brand image is executed through seasonal assortments
- Partner with Demand Planning to evaluate sales and stock levels; execute stock re-balancing and replenishments to ensure inventory is being optimized effectively between retail locations, Ecommerce, and warehouses, driving seasonal sell through and topline sales performance
- Provide strong partnership with Retail Excellence, Visual Merchandising, and Learning teams to enhance communications and processes within North America region, delivering seasonal product information, highlighting key investments, and maximizing topline performance
- Develop strong relationships with store teams, providing consistent and clear communication to ensure they have the necessary tools and proper product to drive the business
- Seek out product opportunities in the market through an understanding of client needs and product feedback, partnering with Merchandising team to effectively communicate opportunities to maximize sales
- Execute reporting, recaps, and analysis to communicate trends and findings to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail buying; monoband experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising, design, or business administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong retail math and analytical skills
- Possesses sense of urgency, ability to problem-solve, and is detail-oriented
- Highly organized, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and collaborative
- Experience with SAP, BI, Joor a plus
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $80,000 - $95,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
