• Embedded Software Engineer (C++)
• Hybrid working in with up to 2 days our Austin offices
• $140,000 - $165,000 + benefits!

WHO ARE WE?

We are a Austin based Robotics startup in a very excited period of growth! You will join their world class engineering team with experience from some of the biggest names in tech.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• As an Embedded Software Engineer you will play a pivotal role in building cutting-edge subsea robotics. You will be involved in the end-end delivery of multiple projects at one time.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….

• Hold a Computer Science or Engineer Degree (Masters highly advantageous).
• Expertise in writing production software in embedded C++ and embedded C.
• Experienced in Linux-based development - CMake, Shell Scripting, POSIX, Docker, etc.

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING.....

• Work experience in autonomous vehicles or drones - aerials, surface or maritime.
• Working knowledge of QT or other UI developer applications

IT’S NICE TO HAVE….

• Masters degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure within a fast-paced environment
