Job Description

Clinic Call Center

  • Responsible for scheduling patient appointments for all clinics of the facility. Responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls from external and internal customers. Professionally greets customers; responds to inquiries of a specific or general nature; determines appropriate response or direction for the caller. Performs other clerical duties as assigned.

Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM with a 30 minute lunch.

  • Ensures that appearance and personal conduct are professional at all times.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Wears appropriate clothing for job functions. Wears ID badge.
  • Works at maintaining a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with physicians, Administration and staff.
  • Represents the organization in a positive and professional manner in the community.
  • Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.

Job Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • One or more years of previous similar hospital experience.
