Randstad is looking to hire Call center reps for a growing call center in Louisville, KY!

• Must be computer savy
• must have knowledge of microsoft office, teams and excell
• must pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation (public transportation does not come to this facility.
• Pharmacy or medical customer service/call center experience preferred
• THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE IT IS ONSITE
  
  

salary: $16.99 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Assisting customers with answering questions about there percriptions
• answering general questions about there account
• enrolling in pharmasutical benefits
• handing insurance (customers will call in to update there new insurance)
• must be computer savy: able to work in microsoft office/excell and teams for meetings
