Call Center Supervisor

Job Title: Call Center Supervisor.

Location: La Jolla Village Drive San Diego, CA 92161

Schedule: Mon-Fri

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of overall telephone operating experience.
  • Specific experience includes one year on a helpdesk, demonstrating knowledge of organizational structures
  • One or more years of hands-on experience in supervising, organizing, and training staff members

Duties:

  • Receive all incoming calls, answer all emergency calls
  • Submit work orders in the computerized maintenance management system
  • Notify responsible section concerning work orders,
  • Maintain appropriate records and conduct necessary training.
  • Provide required administration and management control over their employees work and training
