We have an exciting remote opportunity for a highly motivated Campaign Analysis Group (CAG) Analyst, CBO Finance to join our team!  

What You Will Do:

This position provides a unique opportunity for gaining knowledge of an entire engine program strategy/financials and will directly expose the associate to differing business cultures. Key internal customers are the Sales & PW Leadership Team and representatives from each of the shareholder companies. This role allows the analyst to build strong analytical, communication, organization, presentation and time management skills, as well as work in a strong cross functional global team environment. It’s an opportunity to be involved in conversations and strategy that directly affect the PW bottom of line. The analyst will develop a well-rounded understanding and appreciation for every piece of the engine and its aftermarket offerings.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage multiple complex financial models, simultaneously, to affirm value for New Engine Business, Aftermarket campaign proposals and other special contract support for China, Asia Pacific, and Global Leasing teams.
  • Participate in campaign strategy formulation; kick-off to final decision, coordinating with team members from Sales, Contracts, Legal, Programs, Operations Analytics, Engine Services and Accounting.
  • Provide detailed sensitivity analysis on engine contract pricing to determine optimal engine cost and aftermarket terms to provide maximum value to both the customer and Pratt & Whitney.
  • Ensure our cost sheet models reflect strong economics and financial metrics that are aligned to our long range portfolio targets.
  • Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for approval.
  • Review proposal documentation and contracts to ensure accuracy of our commitments/conditions offered to the customer.
  • Perform adhoc sensitivity analyses in support of CE Finance and CBO utilizing the Campaigns Portfolio Database
  • Work with other CBO and finance teams to identify and implement process improvements into daily procedures and financial models to help promote an environment of continuous learning and development.
  • For Campaigns, the workload varies based on campaign volume and deadlines of the specific deal. Occasional overtime may be required when necessary.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance; OR an Advanced degree Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen - this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, SPEACs.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
