About The Job

We are seeking an expert integrated marketer to bring cohesive campaigns to market across channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing, this role will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies spanning all parts of the customer journey. In this role you’ll help us elevate our brand narrative and marketing launches with prospect and user audiences. You’ll build end-to-end, multi-channel initiatives – inclusive of product, blog, SEO, email, PR, social, influencer, events, etc – that yield increased brand awareness, increased user acquisition, and prospect acquisition.

About You

You have experience creating and leading strategic and cohesive marketing plans that drive business results. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing cross-functional workstreams (across Product, Content Acquisition, Brand, Comms, and Creative Teams) from brief through reporting, ensuring integrated campaigns are aligned upon and delivered against, ultimately leading to impact in the market.The ideal candidate appreciates brand, lifecycle, and growth marketing, with an eye for equal parts creative and tactical execution, always coming to the table with new and innovative ideas. This is an opportunity for someone who is great at thinking both strategically and tactically and doesn’t shy away from team collaboration and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Partner with cross functional partners to support campaigns, programs, and tentpole moments, with consistent communication. You will be the point person.
  • Understand, utilize and integrate consumer and industry research to maximize impact when designing campaigns.
  • Own campaign performance metrics across the funnel, tracking, continually optimizing for efficiency and scale to generate best practices, and communicating results internally.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with external partners when required

Requirements

  • 4-6 years in marketing with a focus on cross-functional campaign execution and/or marketing operations within a subscription service and/or tech brand environment
  • Varied background across marketing disciplines and channels such as brand, integrated marketing, social, retention and performance marketing
  • Ability to support transformation of insights into detailed marketing campaign briefs with innovative thinking and defined ideas
  • Track record of defining and executing campaign strategies that deliver against funnel metrics and KPIs
  • Strong organization and project management skills and the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Highly collaborative with experience project managing peer teams through tactical planning and execution
  • Forward-thinking, analytical and problem-solving mindset; experience in navigating fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Highly organized , detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Bonus points if you have agency experience and/or worked with a global brand

At Scribd, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States. In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $78,000 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market within California] to $126,000 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market within California].

In the United States, outside of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $64,000 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market outside of California] to $120,000 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market outside of California].

In Canada, the reasonably expected salary range is between $80,500 CAD[minimum salary in our lowest geographic market] to $119,250 CAD [maximum salary in our highest geographic market].

We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for a competitive equity ownership, and a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
