We are currently seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager who will work closely with the Senior Manager Marketing, the broader global marketing team, and key business stakeholders to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy & plan. This position can be in Simon-Kucher’s Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Houston or New York office.

How you will create an impact:

  • Work with leadership to plan and deliver a yearly campaign calendar that drives measurable outcomes in terms of reputation, relationships, and revenue for global sector go-to-market campaigns.
  • Drive campaign outcomes through effective leadership and collaboration with multi-disciplinary marketing and client-facing teams. .
  • Create impactful and effective campaigns through strong project management and focus on key deliverables, including:
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to:
  • Monitor performance and adapt campaigns against agreed outcomes to maximize ROI and value achieved.
  • To support the development and execution of the campaign plan and strategy across your assigned global sector campaigns.
  • To project manage and execute agreed campaigns and initiatives across multichannel and in a collaborative and adaptive way to achieve against agreed KPIs and targets.
  • To engage and lead agile, multidisciplinary groups of colleagues to form cohesive and collaborative teams that effectively deliver campaign outcomes.
  • To facilitate internal activation of campaigns to support business development initiatives and targets, working to close the loop between marketing and client-facing colleagues.
  • Develop content (blogs, bylines, social, CRM) that is audience-focused, commercial, distinctive, and thought-provoking.
  • Identify industry-relevant topics as opportunities to amplify solutions and positions.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 8+ years in successfully executing global and North American sector go-to-market campaigns for a professional services firm.
  • Relevant knowledge and experience working in the industrial and/or financial services sectors and/or on pricing, marketing, and digital topics.
  • A track record in delivering campaign outcomes measured against reputation, relationship, and revenue objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, able to maintain strategic oversight and deliver against agreed targets whilst getting involved and actively driving execution at every stage.
  • Experience in campaign management and content strategy development and roll-out.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to engage with and advise stakeholders of all levels and functions within the business, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Strong collaboration and team-building skills—confident and effective leadership and development of multidisciplinary and cross-regional teams of marketing colleagues.
  • A pragmatic, agile and open mindset, willing to adapt and innovate as required to maximize campaign efficacy and value delivered.
  • Strategic and commercial awareness and engagement, especially within their designated sectors or topic areas.
  • Ability to adapt thought leadership into marketing collateral using keywords and SEO strategies Ability to identify and adjust writing style into unique PoV / ToV
  • Must be a strong and experienced writer.


The pay range for this position in New York is $125,000 - $135,000. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
