Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Job Title: Clinical - Care Navigator

Location: Remote | TX

Duration: 6 months

Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm CST

Pay rate: $18.00-25.00/hr

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • These positions work in a Call Center setting where the contractors are on a phone queue
  • Inbound call center, assist and educate Medicaid members on benefits and Services such as PCP Changes, ID Cards and Coordinate transportation and other services.

Required Skills

  • Medical-Long Term Services and Supports Background, Working with the Aging, Blind and Disabled Population
  • MCO Medicaid STAR+PLUS insurance knowledge
  • Call center experience is a must; worker is expected to be on the phones for the shift and will need to follow their schedule timely
