ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role is that of a 1099 contractor Certified by CareerCOACH and TTI Success Insights to perform their company services. It is expected that a contractor has from 25-40 hours per week available for billable work, marketing, and onboarding discussions.
This role requires adequate certifications and training. If you have already invested in an ICF, iPEC, or similar nationally recognized Coaching Certifications you may seek a credit for part of the training. We will be training the elements of consultative coaching. In addition, you'll be learning Sales and Communications Training, plus Certifications for Behavior and Motivation to better address your clients.
By getting certified and joining the CareerCOACH Services we provide the only comprehensive training specifically designed for career coaching, we also provide you the operational and market training and support you need to succeed in a competitive marketplace. This includes done-for-you product offers and done-with-you lead sourcing and consultative sales training.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responding to and reaching out for developing marketing results
Aligning clients to understand employment needs, goals, and desires before signing up for services.
Delivering services engagements that last from 3 days to 5-9 weeks depending on the services requested.
Attend all course training and weekly All Coach meetings
TRAINING START DATE: July 22 – Ocotber 10
Mondays 8-9 am PST / 11-12 am EST
Wednesdays 8-9 am PST / 11-12 am EST
Tuesdays All Coach Meetings 9-10 am PST / 12-1 pm EST
TRAINING:
As part of the contract, you will receive over 100 hours of training provided over 2 months, twice weekly, to bring together current knowledge into the CareerCOACH System™ certification and training. We have a sophisticated Google Classroom training platform that follows the live trainings each week. This includes how we use AI to enhance client delivery models.
REMOTE:
All coaches provide services and are remote work-based Work-From-Home.
Like with all 1099 contract roles, you will be:
Responsible for your office space and computer equipment
Delivering our CareerCOACH System™ to clients
Certification Training
Engaging in and maintaining industry training commensurate with your role.
Utilizing Enterprise Level marketing to earn and develop clients.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Prefer 1-3 years of coaching or mentoring others in a public or private environment.
Prefer Masters or Ph.D. degrees in business, marketing, and human resources.
Bachelor's Degree is required, and a plus if in Communications, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or Counseling.
ICF, iPEC, or equivalent certification, plus specific Assessment certifications are helpful, but not necessary to apply.

WHAT YOU EARN:
Earn at a gross rate of $180 per hour on a 1099 basis while assisting job seekers to obtain their next great role.
