Role And Expectations

The Case Writer drafts and refines legal documents, including declarations, to support client cases. This role involves using AI tools provided by the firm to create high-quality, well-structured documents. The Case Writer must understand the legal theory behind each case, effectively utilize the AI software, and craft documents that accurately convey the client’s narrative through precise and thoughtful prompts.

The position requires understanding both the legal theory of each case and the use of the software to communicate the client’s story using carefully constructed prompts. . The Case Writer must meet weekly productivity goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication with team members is essential for fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. Regular feedback will be provided to support professional development

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI to draft and edit clear, engaging, and well-structured declarations that effectively communicate the client’s story and voice.
• Draft supplementary legal documents to support the client’s case.
• Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts to ensure that the documents maintain accuracy, as well as adhere to the firm’s standards.
• Participate in team meetings and feedback sessions to enhance team performance.
• Complete key performance indicators to evaluate team performance.
• Other duties may be assigned.
  
  

Requirements And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in English or relevant field
• Minimum 1 year of writing experience
• Native English speaker
• Proficient with Google workspace and Office 365
• Able to write/edit quickly, efficiently, and emotively.
• Ability to work in a target/goal-driven environment with weekly targets.
• Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Adaptability to new policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Location: In-Office Position

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
