As a CDI-Solution Trainer You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. The Person Hired For The Position Of CDI -Solution Trainer Will Enage With Our Customers Both Remotely And Onsite To Facilitate Training For Our 3M HIS Software Customers. Here, You Will Make An Impact By

  • Introduction, demonstration, and training customers on 3M™ 360 Encompass™ and associated products, incorporating blended earning & adult learning concepts.
  • Delivery of live classroom- and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training
  • Participate in project implementations with pre and post go live participation with key project stakeholders.
  • May serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design, or others as designated.
  • Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards.

Qualifications

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university

OR

  • Associate degree from an accredited institution and eight (8) years of experience in training CDI, in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement.
  • Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Five (5) years recent experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist
  • CCDS or CDIP Certifications
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master’s degree with focus on Health Care: Health Information Management, Public Health, Business
  • Experience with 3M™ 360 Encompass™
  • Experienced using the 3M™ Coding and Reimbursement System (CRS)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Recent Training related Experience
  • ICD-10 Certified Trainer
  • 3 (+) yrs. Health Information Management

Work location: Remote

Travel: Occasional travel may be required up to 50% (Domestic)

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
